1. Who we are

Print Lab Cloud is provided by Benjamin Favre, Entreprise individuelle (EI), trading as Webdesign29 (SIREN 531 889 962, VAT FR13531889962), 16 rue Poullaouec, 29200 Brest, France. Contact: contact@webdesign29.net. Full details are in the legal notice.

2. The service

Print Lab Cloud is an optional online companion to Family Print Lab, an open-source app that runs on your own computer. Once you link your computer, you can see your children’s print requests and approve or decline them from any device, and receive notifications when they ask. The cloud cannot control your printer or read anything else on your computer; the app applies your answer itself.

3. Your account

Accounts are for adults (18 or over). Children use kid mode in the app and do not have accounts.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure.
You are responsible for what is printed at home: check each request, and supervise children near the printer.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. They are shown before you pay.
Family plan: €4.99 per month or €48 per year, renewed automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are available from your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

Family plan: you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. If you asked the plan to start immediately, you pay only for the days used; we refund the rest within 14 days.
To withdraw, email contact@webdesign29.net with your account email, or use any clear statement.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel the Family plan at any time from your account (“Manage plan and invoices”). It stays active until the end of the period already paid, then stops. Credits you already have remain yours.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times but may need maintenance or be affected by providers. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what you pay for, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused period. The legal guarantee of conformity for digital services (Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following) applies.

8. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service as described. We are not responsible for printed objects, their use, or damage caused by a printer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email subscribers at least 30 days before any change that affects them. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; we will reply within 7 days. As a consumer, you may also refer a dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France (https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php). Otherwise, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, and you may always go to the court where you live.
